An international arbitration panel affirms a lab finding of testosterone use. It may be the final blow to the cyclist's long effort to assert his innocence. An international sports court on Monday upheld doping charges against cyclist Floyd Landis, affirming a laboratory finding that he had taken an illicit dose of testosterone to win the 2006 Tour de France.

LAUSANNE, Switzerland — Floyd Landis lost his final chance to retain his 2006 Tour de France title today, the last step of a long, multimillion-dollar process that poked holes in the anti-doping establishment but ultimately left the cyclist as just another convicted cheater.
