Grove Hill native Ed Barfield, 58, recently completed the Bicycle Ride Across Georgia (BRAG) from Columbus, GA., to Savannah. Barfield, Clarke County High School graduate in 1967, rode 416 miles in seven days. The BRAG ride is an annual odyssey of discovery of Georgia by bicycle. BRAG is a family-oriented tour -- it is not a race.
